Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This notice explains what the SIROS website (siroselectric.com), run by SIROS Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., collects about you, why, and where it goes.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our two forms:

• Book a test ride: your name, phone number, city and the model you are interested in.
• Dealer application: your name, business name, phone number, city and any message you add.

Browsing the site does not ask for any personal details.

Why we use it

Only to contact you about the request you sent: arranging your test ride, or reviewing your dealer application.

Where it goes

• When you send a form, it opens WhatsApp with your details written into a message to SIROS (+91 96493 19677). Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.
• The details are also recorded in a Google Sheet used by the SIROS team, through Google Apps Script.

What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.
• The site saves one setting in your browser's session storage to remember that the test-ride pop-up has already been shown. It contains no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.

Other services the site uses

• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch them.
• "Get directions" links open Google Maps, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Their own policies apply once you are there.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, message us on WhatsApp or email siroselectric@gmail.com.
